Cancellation Policy

Applicable for Service-Based Sectors (Education, Consultancy, Self-Employment, Global Admissions & Jobs):

1. Service Bookings:

• Users can request cancellation at least 7 days before service commencement for full refunds (if applicable).

• Cancellations within 7 days may incur 25–50% service fee depending on service type.

2. Workshops / Training Programs:

• Full refund available if cancellation is made before the program start date.

• No refund after program commencement.

3. Custom Packages / Consultancy:

• For personalized consultancy, cancellations may be subject to partial refund based on work completed.

4. Refund Timeline:

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
