Refund and Returns Policy

Applicable mainly for Organic Food, Handicrafts, and any paid service bookings.

1. Physical Products (Handicrafts & Organic Food):

• Refunds/returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be returned in original packaging (if applicable).

2. Digital Services / Consultancy / Education Services:

• Refunds are considered only if services were not rendered as promised.

• Cancellation/refund requests should be submitted in writing.

3. Process:

• Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to company error.
